Welcome to Snippet! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our notes application. By using Snippet, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

By accessing and using Snippet, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms apply to all users of the application.

Permission is granted to temporarily use Snippet for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the application materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in Snippet
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

As a user of Snippet, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your device and browser
• All activities that occur under your use of the application
• Ensuring your notes comply with applicable laws and regulations
• Backing up your important notes regularly

Snippet stores all notes locally on your device using browser local storage. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

The materials on Snippet are provided on an 'as is' basis. Snippet makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

In no event shall Snippet or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Snippet, even if Snippet or a Snippet authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

The materials appearing in Snippet could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Snippet does not warrant that any of the materials on its application are accurate, complete, or current. Snippet may make changes to the materials contained in its application at any time without notice.

Snippet may revise these Terms of Service at any time without notice. By using Snippet, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Service.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.
